About the Role

TerrainPlay Sports LLC is hiring a results-driven Sales Executive for its Commercial Furniture Solution division.

This is a sales-focused role targeting educational and institutional clients across the UAE. The ideal candidate is a proven B2B sales professional with solid knowledge of school furniture and the confidence to communicate design concepts to clients — with full design execution supported by our backend team.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with schools, nurseries, kindergartens, colleges, and institutional clients across the UAE.
• Promote and sell school furniture packages and turnkey interior solutions.
• Conduct site visits and client consultations to understand requirements and present tailored proposals.
• Prepare and deliver customized commercial quotations and product recommendations.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in the CRM system.

Design Coordination

• Understand client space requirements and translate briefs clearly to the backend design team.
• Coordinate with the design support team on space planning, product selections, and project specifications.
• Present design proposals prepared by the design team to clients in a confident and consultative manner.
• Relay client feedback and change requests to the design team for timely revisions.

Who We're Looking For

Experience: 3–5 years in school/institutional furniture sales (design background is an advantage)

Industry Background: Education furniture, institutional fit-out, or commercial interiors

Design Awareness: Basic understanding of space planning; AutoCAD/SketchUp knowledge is a plus

Sales Skills: B2B lead generation, proposal writing, client presentations

UAE Experience: Mandatory

Driving License: Valid UAE driving license required

Languages: English (Arabic is an advantage)
