Job Description

We're looking for a PLM Project Manager to join our PLM implementation program. The PLM Project Manager will blend business analysis and daily operations to deliver PLM solutions that support the product lifecycle of all products across development, manufacturing, and service.

If you have experience supporting enterprise systems, taken the entrepreneurial approach to problem solving, have strong leadership and communication skills, and you're comfortable stabilizing and coordinating a variety of complex activities, you could be an excellent fit.

Key Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of first-hand experience in leading cross functional, large scale, and highly integrated PLM implementation programs.
• Experience in managing, implementing, and rolling out PLM programs, preferably with Teamcenter PLM
• Working knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile scrum
• Solid project leadership skills combined with strong discernment and analytical skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and a deep understanding of project, program, and portfolio planning and delivery.
• Strong business insight and customer focus
• Ability to multitask and balance daily activities with larger project deadlines
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Passionate about driving quality within a project organization

Responsibilities include

• Define program plans and provide oversight of tasks and action items
• Drive, track, and support the execution of the PLM implementation roadmap and manage PLM Go-Live
• Monitor, review, and adjust project progress and timelines as needed
• Conduct weekly All Track meeting to bring all stakeholders to common understanding and provide an overall high-level update on the latest developments.
• Weekly updates on the Overall project page for tracks: engineering excellence, customization, integrations
• Managing Project Plan, consolidating duration and resource utilization for each deliverable, and creating a global timeline for the overall program.
• Review alignment of PLM Tech timeline against PLM Business timeline
• Stakeholder Communication - Governance, Business and Technical Reports, Executive Presentations, Feedback Management
• Engage in technical discussions with the leads and stakeholders
• Project Risks and Mitigation management
• Manage production support escalation
