IT Project Manager

Hybrid Alternating weeks in Westlake, TX

Our client seeks an IT Project Manager to optimize delivery of high value products and services. You will advise on process and flow, coordinate scaled delivery across dependencies, support disciplined release management, and drive data-informed decisions.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, product, and engineering to enable iterative deployments that align to business strategy while fostering healthy team dynamics and continuous improvement.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $60.00 to $70.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities

• Advise on process to optimize flow and expedite delivery of value by squad(s).
• Optimize delivery of complex initiatives through scaling techniques and organizing teams around workstreams.
• Enable reliable release management that supports a positive client experience.
• Align team backlog and execution to business strategy through strong product and service understanding.
• Ensure team data is correct, complete, and compliant to enable data-driven decisions.
• Achieve proficiency with enterprise tools and reporting, and coach others to adopt them.
• Enable healthy team dynamics through trusted partnerships and conflict resolution.
• Provide leadership as a valued consultant for complex problem solving.

Experience Requirements

• 5+ years in a dedicated project management role.
• Deep expertise in multiple project management methodologies and scaling frameworks.
• Proven success implementing scaled practices.
• Strong leadership and influence skills.
• Advanced knowledge of agile software development practices.
• Experience with organizational change management.
• Expertise in metrics and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution at team and organizational levels.
• Demonstrated ability to enable cross-functional teams through change and unfamiliar situations.
• Intellectually curious team leader who partners to remove roadblocks and accelerate value delivery.

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
