JOB DESCRIPTION

Project ManagementManage multiple infrastructure projects from initiation through deployment and operational handoff.

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and status reports.

Coordinate activities across infrastructure teams, desktop support, field services, vendors, and business stakeholders.

Facilitate project meetings and provide regular updates to leadership.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with minimal business disruption.

Device Refresh & Deployment ProjectsLead enterprise device refresh initiatives involving laptops, desktops, peripherals, and mobile devices.

Coordinate with desktop support technicians, field services teams, and business users to schedule device replacements and deployments.

Manage asset inventories, procurement activities, imaging schedules, shipping logistics, and deployment timelines.

Coordinate migration activities including user profiles, applications, printers, and data transfers.

Ensure minimal downtime and a positive end-user experience during refresh events.

Track deployment metrics, project milestones, and issue resolution activities.

Manage vendor relationships and coordinate hardware procurement and logistics.

Technician CoordinationCoordinate daily activities of desktop support, network, server, and field services teams.

Schedule technician resources and oversee installation, migration, and remediation activities.

Manage third-party vendors and ensure adherence to project schedules and service levels.

Escalate and resolve technical issues affecting project deliverables.

End User EngagementServe as the primary point of contact for business users throughout the project lifecycle.

Communicate deployment schedules, outages, maintenance windows, and project updates.

Coordinate user readiness activities and post-implementation support.

Manage escalations and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Required

5+ years of IT Infrastructure Project Management experience.

Proven experience managing large-scale device refresh and hardware deployment projects.

Experience coordinating desktop support technicians, field services teams, vendors, and end users.

Understanding of endpoint technologies, Windows environments, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and networking fundamentals.

Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience managing project schedules, risks, dependencies, budgets, and resource allocation.
