Junior Project Coordinator

We are looking for a Junior Project Coordinator to support project execution across cross-functional teams. This role will focus on ensuring alignment, tracking progress, and maintaining clear communication across stakeholders. You will play a key role in keeping projects on track by coordinating timelines, managing documentation, and supporting reporting to leadership within a structured and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate project timelines and ensure alignment across cross-functional teams (Ops, Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering).
• Organize and facilitate project meetings, including preparing agendas and documenting minutes.
• Track and follow up on action items, deliverables, and milestones to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain and update project documentation, including trackers, reports, and shared repositories.
• Monitor project progress and proactively flag risks, delays, or dependencies to stakeholders.
• Consolidate and prepare status updates and reports for leadership and project stakeholders.
• Support adherence to processes, compliance, and documentation standards, especially in regulated environments.
• Collaborate closely with team members to ensure smooth workflow and communication across functions.
• Skills and Experience

Required

1–3 years of experience in project coordination or similar roles.

Experience working in structured environments (MNCs or regulated industries such as MedTech, Pharma, or Manufacturing) is preferred.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Good communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.

Familiarity with project tools such as MS Project, SharePoint, or similar collaboration platforms.

Ability to track details, manage documentation, and maintain accuracy in reporting.

Proactive mindset with the ability to identify risks and support resolution.
