Junior Project Manager

PITTMAN, part of Bunzl PLC, is a growing distributor serving Irish, UK, and international markets. Due to continued growth, we are expanding our Installation team and are looking for a Junior Installation Project Manager to support the delivery of customer installation projects.

This is a development role designed for someone who wants to build a career in Project Management and gain hands-on experience across project coordination, subcontractor management, customer communication, and site operations.

Key responsibilities include

• Coordinating installation projects and schedules
• Liaising with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Tracking project progress and key milestones
• Supporting site visits and installation activities
• Assisting with RAMS, safety documentation, and site inductions
• Maintaining project records and reporting
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Have experience in an administrative, operational, coordination, construction, or installation-related role
• Be highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Be proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
• Be eager to learn and develop into a Project Manager
• Have strong Microsoft Office skills
• Hold a full clean Irish driving licence (preferred)

Additional Information

This is a fully on-site position based in Athy, Co. Kildare.

Travel to customer and installation sites throughout Ireland will be required.A full clean Irish driving licence is preferred.

Salary Range
