The Role

As Project Manager, you will take responsibility for the delivery of multiple construction projects from pre-start through to completion. Working closely with commercial and site teams, you will:

• Manage projects through all stages of delivery
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Manage programmes, budgets, and project risks
• Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification
• Liaise closely with developers, contractors, and internal stakeholders
• Oversee variations, reporting, and project documentation
• Attend site meetings and progress reviews as required The Person
• We’re keen to speak with experienced Project Managers from contractor, specialist contractor, or construction delivery backgrounds.
• You may bring:
• Proven experience delivering construction projects end to end
• Strong programme, cost, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working closely with developers and site teams
• A practical, delivery-focused approach
