Our Programme Advisory and Capital Excellence (PACE) team sits within MPA and brings together cross-sector experts in complex project and programme delivery, strategic portfolio management and capital delivery transformation. How you will contribute· Manage the delivery of client facing workstreams, leading teams in the design and delivery of solutions that are end user focused.· Produce high quality outputs with attention to detail and execution.· Support engagement managers on financial and delivery aspects of engagements.· Collaborate across KPMG’s broader service lines to design integrated, client tailored solutions.· Operate within internal governance frameworks to ensure compliance and quality assurance.· Monitor emerging trends and industry developments, using insights to shape practical recommendations and contribute to thought leadership,· Lead elements of bids, proposals and wider business development activities.· Act as a role model for an inclusive, collaborative culture aligned with KPMG’s values.

• Key experience required
• Hands-on experience delivering complex infrastructure projects or programmes, either in consulting or industry.
• Strong track record in project-based delivery, leading teams across sectors such as energy, water, transport, defence, healthcare, government, financial services, or retail.
• Strong understanding and practical application of project, programme and portfolio management (P3M) principles.
• Evidence of high performance and career progression.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines.
• Confident communicator, able to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency with key project tools (e.g. MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Oracle, P6, PowerBI) and knowledge of other proprietary technologies welcome

• Professional certifications (APM PMQ/PPQ; MoP; MSP; PRINCE2 etc.)
• Experience in:o Digital transformation and technology adoption, including AIo Capital planning or capital portfolio managemento Process and value stream efficiency and optimisationo Organisational readiness and effectiveness
