Technical Delivery Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a high-impact Technical Delivery Manager based in the San Francisco Bay Area. This is a hybrid role that sits at the intersection of client delivery, solutions development, and strategic account growth.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on AI and quality engineering experience, the executive presence to engage senior stakeholders, and the solutioning ability to translate client needs into compelling points of view, RFP responses, and service recommendations. Google experience is strongly preferred.

This is a billable role — the Technical Delivery Manager will be expected to work directly on client engagements in addition to managing relationships and supporting growth initiatives.

What You’ll D

oClient Delivery & Relationship Managemen

• tServe as the primary client-facing leader for Google and other Bay Area stakeholders, building trusted relationships with key decision-makers
• .Oversee delivery quality and execution across multiple programs, ensuring consistency, measurable outcomes, and exceptional client experiences
• .Partner with delivery teams to proactively identify risks, remove obstacles, and drive successful outcomes
• .Establish and promote best practices, governance models, and operational rigor across engagements
• .Contribute to QBRs, executive reviews, and ongoing account health initiatives
