Key Responsibilities

• Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, operationalization, feasibility decision-making, and performance reporting.
• Oversees change management activities ensuring adherence to risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Effectively manages timelines and dependencies, monitors blockers, ensures adequate resourcing, and liaises with stakeholders and functional partners.
• Adapts quickly to shifting priorities and evolving requirements across multiple high-impact initiatives.
• Fosters strong partnerships with product and technology teams to clarify objectives and drive alignment on deliverables.
• Develops and maintains comprehensive project plans, tracking milestones, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful outcomes.
• Facilitates cross-functional meetings to promote transparency and effective communication of key updates across the organization.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product delivery or a related domain.
• Proven ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities.
• Strong understanding of delivery with a track record of implementing continuous improvement processes.
• Experience in product or platform-wide release management, including deployment strategies.
• Success in designing and managing complex program portfolios with multiple projects and releases.
• Advanced analytical and organizational skills to address complex challenges and track milestones.
• Experience in establishing cross-functional partnerships and aligning diverse stakeholder groups.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver results under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of tailoring messaging for different audiences.
• Proficiency with project management tools, including Confluence, SharePoint, Atlassian Jira & Jira Align.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design processes, and data analytics.
• Experience managing regulatory or compliance-driven projects within financial services or technology environments.
• Experience with the implementation of operational tools.
