Job Description

Lead and coordinate project planning activities to define scope objectives and deliverables aligned with business goals.

Establish and maintain project governance frameworks ensuring adherence to organizational and regulatory standards.

Drive Agile adoption focusing on value driven delivery across project teams.

Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders to manage expectations and provide timely updates.

Monitor project progress to ensure compliance with schedules budgets and quality standards Support risk identification and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project impact.

Promote continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.

Ensure comprehensive documentation and reporting to meet audit and compliance requirements.

Foster a culture of accountability transparency and collaboration within project teams

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop detailed project plans including schedule management and resource allocation.
Implement and enforce scope and change management processes to control project deliverables.
Manage stakeholder relationships through effective communication and expectation management.
Track project financials including budgeting forecasting and cost control.
Identify assess and proactively mitigate risks and crises.
Coordinate with cross functional teams to resolve issues and escalate when necessary.
Prepare and present regular status reports dashboards and executive summaries.
Maintain RAID logs Risks Assumptions Issues Dependencies and action items.
Lead project meetings document minutes and ensure follow-up on action points.
Support audits and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards
