Job Description

Bachelor''s degree in Business, Information Technology, Organizational Development, Engineering, or related field.8+ years of experience in Agile environments.5+ years of experience coaching Agile teams and leaders.

Proven experience leading enterprise Agile transformations.

Deep knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Lean, DevOps, and Agile delivery practices.

Strong facilitation, coaching, mentoring, and conflict-resolution skills.

Experience working with executive leadership teams.

Ability to influence without direct authority.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale Agile transformations involving multiple business units.
• Background in organizational change management.
• Experience with product operating models and value stream management.
• Knowledge of AI-enabled delivery practices and modern Agile technology ecosystems.
• Experience implementing Agile practices across both business and technology functions.
• Preferred Certifications
• Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Professional (CSP)
• Scrum.org Professional Scrum Trainer (PST), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO)
• Scrum Inc. Registered Scrum Trainer (RST) or Registered Scrum@Scale Practitioner
• Project Management Institute PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
• Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC)
• Certified Team Coach (CTC)
• Lean Six Sigma Certification (preferred)
