This role serves as a key partner between IT developers, business stakeholders, and internal teams to help improve processes, resolve issues, and support operational success.

What You’ll DoServe as a point of contact between IT developers and business stakeholders.

Gather, clarify, and document business requirements and assess needs for appropriate solutions.

Analyze business processes, identify trends and root causes, and recommend improvements.

Reconcile client accounts by comparing client files to internal data sets.

Research incident tickets and email inquiries, answer application and program questions, and help identify defects or data issues.

Track resolution progress with IT development teams to ensure timely follow-up.

Participate in meetings and sprint planning sessions to support project progress and delivery.

Assist with staff training and support the rollout of new procedures.

Handle more complex research, investigation, evaluation, and documentation tasks as needed.

Develop and update work procedure manuals.

Serve as project lead for business changes that affect processes, procedures, and workflows.

Perform other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred, or equivalent experience.3–4 years of proven business unit experience.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SQL Data Tools.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong collaboration and customer service skills.

Solid understanding of the business environment and related systems.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
