Business Analyst - Web & Mobile Application

Location: New Jersey | Experience: 3–8YearsWe are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Web and Mobile Application Development to join our growing team. What You’ll DoCollaborate with business stakeholders to understand objectives, challenges, and product vision.

Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.

Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, workflow diagrams, and acceptance criteria.

Work closely with Product Owners, UI/UX designers, developers, and QA teams throughout the SDLC.Facilitate requirement workshops, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Translate business requirements into actionable user stories for development teams.

Support end-to-end delivery of web and mobile applications while ensuring alignment with business goals.

Identify process improvements and recommend innovative digital solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects.
• Hands-on experience delivering Web Applications and Mobile Applications (Android/iOS).
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, system integrations, and software development concepts.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Visio, Lucidchart, or Figma.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in Agile product or services organizations.

Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is an advantage.

Exposure to mobile application lifecycle, API integrations, and digital transformation initiatives.

Domain experience in Healthcare, FinTech, Retail, Logistics, or eCommerce is a plus.
