Business Process Analyst

About The Role

This is a 4-6 month contract for a Business Analyst with a process mapping focus. You'll be responsible for documenting how the business actually works today and shaping how it should work tomorrow. You'll map current state processes across departments, work closely with the automation team to identify what can be streamlined, and map service designs and customer journeys to improve the end to end online experience.

A key focus will be improving how departments communicate and work together, and you'll play a central role in making that happen. This is a role for a BA who thrives on process and loves improving how a business runs.

Key Responsibilities

• Map and document current state processes across the business to support and embed cultural and operational change
• Partner with the automation team to identify processes ready for streamlining and automation
• Map service designs and customer journeys across the CX landscape
• Analyse online flows and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience end to end
• Identify and design solutions that improve communication and ways of working between departments
• Work at pace across multiple initiatives in a fast moving environment

About You

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a strong process mapping and process documentation focus
• Skilled in current state and future state analysis, process design and tools such as BPMN or similar mapping standards
• Experience mapping service designs and customer journeys is highly desired
• Exposure to automation initiatives or working alongside automation teams is advantageous
• Comfortable working across multiple departments and senior stakeholders in a high paced environment
• Pragmatic and outcome focused, someone who enjoys improving how a business runs rather than just delivering features
