Accounting Associate- Support Center

Legal Sea Foods is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Associate to join our Accounting & Finance team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, solving problems, and supporting a fast-paced restaurant organization. This is a hybrid office position offering the opportunity to work with a collaborative corporate team while supporting restaurant operations throughout the company.

Responsibilities

• Audit and reconcile daily restaurant sales reports.
• Review and process accounts payable invoices.
• Research and resolve vendor payment and invoice discrepancies.
• Prepare weekly check runs and payment processing.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare accounting reconciliations and accrual schedules.
• Support restaurant management with accounting-related questions.
• Assist with special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred.
• 1–2 years of accounting experience in a corporate environment.
• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.
• Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Restaurant or hospitality accounting experience is a plus.
