This role puts you at the center of manufacturing operations, partnering with engineering, purchasing, sales, and leadership to drive profitability, costing accuracy, and business decisions.

What You'll Do

• Own product costing, BOM structures, labor and material analysis
• Analyze inventory, labor variances, and cost of sales performance
• Support month-end close, audits, and SOX compliance activities
• Develop and maintain standard costs, labor rates, and burden rates
• Partner with purchasing, engineering, and sales on cost and pricing changes
• Provide reporting and analysis that drives operational decision-making

What You Bring

✔️ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or related field

✔️ 5+ years of manufacturing finance/accounting experience

✔️ Strong cost accounting and inventory analysis background

✔️ Advanced Excel skills (SAP experience preferred)

✔️ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
