Business Development Manager

Retailer Relationship Ownership

• Build and own senior buyer relationships across Singapore's

key modern-trade and specialty retail accounts

• Be the face of AquaShield in-market — credible, present and

trusted by retail partners

• Represent AquaShield's full portfolio ambition, including

future category growth

Joint Business Planning & Commercial Execution

• Develop and drive Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with top

accounts to deliver sales, margin and distribution targets

• Shape trading terms, promotions and ranging in partnership

with AquaShield's commercial partners

• Own account-level forecasting and demand input to support

supply planning

In-Store Execution & Merchandising Standards

• Set and enforce the quality bar for in-store presence, visibility

and merchandising

• Manage external partners such as merchandising agencies

to ensure consistent execution

• Drive continuous improvement in sell-through performance

across accounts

Partner Collaboration

• Work hand-in-hand with AquaShield's local commercial

partners as a multiplier — strengthening joint execution, not

duplicating it

• Align priorities and standards between AquaShield and

in-market partners

• Build trust-based, transparent working relationships across

the commercial ecosystem

Market & Category Insight

• Build a structured view of the competitive landscape, pricing

and consumer trends in Singapore

• Feed insight upward to inform regional portfolio and

go-to-market decisions

• Identify white space and growth opportunities across

categories

• Operate with full ownership and accountability for

Singapore's commercial performance

• Bring the potential to build and lead a local team as the

business scales

• Help shape how AquaShield's in-market model evolves over
