Reginal Marketing and Sales Manager for K-Beauty Distribution Business

Company Overview

We are building a regional K-beauty distribution business focused on bringing competitive Korean beauty brands to Singapore and Southeast Asia through retail, e-commerce, and strategic brand partnerships. This role will lead both commercial growth and market execution, working closely with HQ, retailers, online platforms, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the company’s cosmetics brand portfolio across Singapore and the region, covering both offline retail and e-commerce channels.
• Lead retailer onboarding, buyer negotiations, trading terms discussions, pricing alignment, product assortment planning, and launch execution with key accounts across major retailers.
• Develop and plan go-to-market strategies together with HQ, followed by ensuring execution for new brand and product launches, including sales planning, promotional mechanics, visual merchandising, in-store activations, and store pop-up initiatives.
• Prepare business proposals, product decks, launch plans, pricing structures, P&L simulations, and sales forecasts to support internal approvals and retailer presentations.
• Coordinate closely with HQ, logistics partners, warehouse teams, and internal stakeholders on importation, inventory planning, and new product launch readiness.
• Oversee e-commerce sales channels including Shopee, TikTok Shop, and future marketplace expansion, covering product listings, campaign planning, livestream coordination, affiliate marketing, creator seeding, and performance tracking.
• Monitor sales performance, sell-through reports, stock movement, campaign effectiveness, and market feedback to identify opportunities for replenishment, assortment improvement, and business growth.
• Support marketing and brand awareness initiatives through influencer collaborations, UGC campaigns, livestreams, social media activations and retail promotional support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, buyers, brand partners, and external vendors to drive long-term commercial partnerships.
• Conduct market research on beauty trends, competitor activities, retail opportunities, pricing benchmarks, and consumer demand to support strategic business decisions.
• Identify new business opportunities across offline retail, travel retail, e-commerce, regional distribution, and potential brand partnerships to support company growth.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or International Trade, Business, Marketing, or related fields preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in cosmetics retail, distribution, or export/import operations.
• Willingness to travel and work abroad; strong understanding of global business practices.

Working Conditions

• Working Hours: Five days per week, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• Salary: Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
