Digital Marketing Manager [Social Media, Campaigns, Budget, Survey]/ REF TYL

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to achieve lead generation targets.
• Manage SEM, SEO, AEO, GEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing, and marketing automation.
• Optimize campaign performance, landing pages, and website content.
• Monitor campaign results and prepare performance reports using HubSpot, Power BI, and other analytics tools.
• Work closely with internal teams, agencies, and vendors to deliver marketing objectives.
• Conduct competitor analysis and recommend improvements to marketing strategies.
• Manage the digital marketing budget and track campaign spending.
• Lead and mentor the Digital Marketing Executive/Senior Executive.
• Support marketing events and other marketing activities when required.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of digital marketing experience.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, SEO, AEO, GEO, Meta Ads, CRM Tools, and digital analytics.
• Experience in campaign management, media planning, and project management.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to support occasional weekend marketing events when required.
