Help Shape The Digital Presence Of Skills InstituteJoin Skills Group in a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager role supporting Skills Institute. • What You’ll Be Doing
• Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns
• Drive lead generation, engagement, and conversion activity
• Manage digital journeys across CRM, email marketing, social media, and websites
• Use analytics and reporting tools to track performance and provide insights
• Improve SEO, digital discoverability, and customer experience across platforms
• Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to deliver impactful campaigns
• What We’re Looking For5+ years’ experience in digital marketing or a similar role
• Strong experience across paid digital, eDMs, CRM, and website optimisation
• Excellent communication skills and the confidence to build strong relationships
• A motivated, ideas-driven person who enjoys taking ownership and making things happen
• Strong analytical capability with experience using digital reporting tools
• Someone who enjoys variety, collaboration, and contributing to meaningful outcomes
