As our Director of HR, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the people agenda for a business that combines manufacturing excellence, operational discipline, and ambitious growth.
You will be a trusted partner to the leadership team, working closely with plant and business leaders to strengthen capability, culture, and performance across the organization. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who enjoys being close to the business and making a visible difference on the shop floor and beyond.
You will lead the HR function for the organisation and help create the conditions for long-term success through strong leadership, engaged employees, and effective people processes. You will balance strategic thinking with practical execution, ensuring HR supports both day-to-day operations and future business growth.
As Director of HR for our largest Business Unit, you will also contribute greatly to shaping the HR function and business success across the entire Group.
