Reservation and Contracting Manager - Travel & Tourism

MajeStay Travel and Tourism is seeking an experienced Reservation & Contracting Manager to oversee reservation operations, manage supplier relationships, negotiate competitive contracts, and support the growth of our travel products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily reservation operations, ensuring accurate and timely booking processing.
• Negotiate and maintain contracts with hotels, DMCs, transfer providers, and other travel suppliers.
• Monitor rates, allotments, stop sales, and special offers.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Resolve booking issues, cancellations, and customer escalations.
• Analyze market trends and supplier performance to maximize profitability.
• Prepare reports on bookings, revenue, and contracting activities.
• Supervise and support reservation team members.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in travel reservations and contracting.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Experience working with hotels, tour operators, travel agencies, or DMCs.
• Proficiency in reservation systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of the UAE travel and tourism market is preferred.

Fluency in Arabic and English; additional languages are a plus.
