• What You’ll DoPartner with clients and internal sales teams to fill high-priority contract and direct hire roles
• Source, screen, interview, and manage candidates through the full recruiting lifecycle
• Jump on new reqs quickly and manage multiple openings at once in a fast-moving environment
• Build strong relationships with candidates, clients, and teammates
• Consistently hit recruiting activity goals, client submittals, and placements
• Stay organized, proactive, and solution-oriented while delivering an exceptional candidate experience
• What We’re Looking For2+ years of professional experience; recruiting or staffing experience preferred
• Experience working in high-volume or VMS recruiting environments is a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
• Competitive mindset with a strong sense of urgency and accountability
