Sales Executive – E-Commerce Platforms (Noon, Talabat, Amazon, Deliveroo)

About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Executive to manage and grow our presence on major UAE e-commerce and delivery platforms (Noon, Talabat, Amazon, Deliveroo, and similar). The ideal candidate has hands-on experience onboarding and running vendor accounts on these platforms and can join quickly.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and manage seller/vendor accounts on Noon, Talabat, Amazon, Deliveroo, and other relevant platforms
• Upload and optimize product listings (pricing, images, descriptions, categories)
• Manage day-to-day account operations: orders, inventory sync, promotions, ratings
• Coordinate with platform account managers to negotiate visibility, campaigns, and commercial terms
• Track sales performance per platform and report on KPIs
• Identify new e-commerce/delivery platforms suitable for the business
• Resolve account issues (listing errors, payment disputes, delivery/return issues)

Requirements

a. Minimum 1–2 years' hands-on experience working with UAE e-commerce/delivery platforms — specifically Noon, Talabat, Amazon, Deliveroo, or similar (Instashop, Careem NOW, etc.)

b. Proven ability to independently open and set up new vendor/seller accounts on these platforms, including documentation and onboarding requirements

c. Available to join within 30 days of offer

d. Strong understanding of UAE food/FMCG trading business is a plus

e. Good command of English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu a plus for supplier/team communication)

f. Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for reporting

g. UAE residency/valid visa status or ability to obtain one

h. Valid UAE driving license preferred (for occasional platform/vendor visits)
