HR Officer – Recruitment & Employee Relations | Abu Dhabi

📍 UAE | Government sector experience required | Bilingual

We're hiring for a client organization in the UAE government sector, looking for an experienced HR Officer to manage both recruitment sourcing and employee relations.

What you'll do

🔹 Source, screen and coordinate candidates for open roles

🔹 Manage the interview-to-offer pipeline with hiring managers

🔹 Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters and policy queries

🔹 Support employee engagement initiatives

🔹 Advise line managers on UAE labor law and ER best practices

What you need

✅ Up to 7 years' HR experience

✅ Government or semi-government sector experience — essential

✅ Fluent Arabic speaker (expat) — essential

✅ HR generalist background with exposure to both recruitment and employee relations

✅ Comfortable managing broad HR scope, not a single specialized function

Salary: AED 15,000–16,000/month
