We are currently seeking a full-time Project Manager, North America to oversee and expand our services function.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading government based project efforts, managing large projects, overseeing services operations including partnered integrators, driving professional services, and while maintain the highest standard of professionalism and customers satisfaction.

Position Overview

The Enterprise Project Manager will oversee complex software implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and business value realization. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in time & attendance, scheduling, and workforce management systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for enterprise workforce management and scheduling software implementations.
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, HR, Operations, and external vendors.
• Act as the primary liaison with stakeholders to ensure alignment of project goals, scope, and deliverables.
• Oversee risk management, issue resolution, and change control processes.
• Drive adoption and ensure successful transition of solutions into production environments.
• Monitor project performance and deliver status reports to executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
• 3+ years of project management experience, with focus on enterprise workforce management/time & attendance/scheduling software projects is ideal
• Strong experience leading similar projects and partnerships like SAP/ADP, or other enterprise-level workforce management system implementations.
• Proven track record of delivering large, complex projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent project management certification should be highlighted if available
• Strong understanding of change management, business process optimization, and system integration best practices.

• Salary Range: $80,000 to $130,000 base salary plus variable compensation
