About the Engagement

Akkodis is seeking the services of an experienced Change Management Program Lead, AI Transformation Consultant to support a large-scale enterprise AI transformation initiative within a leading Canadian organization.

The consultant will partner with senior leaders, business stakeholders, and technology teams to drive awareness, readiness, adoption, and sustainable behavioural change related to AI-enabled capabilities, digital solutions, and new ways of working.

This engagement is ideal for a strategic and hands-on change management professional who can navigate complex organizational environments, develop comprehensive change programs, and deliver measurable adoption outcomes across multiple transformation workstreams.

Services to be Provided

• Develop and execute enterprise change management and adoption strategies supporting AI, digital, and transformation initiatives.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, change impact assessments, organizational readiness activities, and adoption planning.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to identify change impacts, risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
• Monitor readiness indicators, adoption trends, stakeholder sentiment, and change saturation, providing recommendations and interventions as required.
• Define adoption success measures, reporting frameworks, and performance metrics to evaluate engagement and business outcomes.
• Analyze usage, sentiment, and adoption data to continuously refine change strategies and improve results.
• Support leadership teams with communication, engagement, reinforcement, and behavioural change initiatives.
• Develop executive-level presentations, updates, dashboards, and other communication materials.
• Capture and promote success stories, lessons learned, and best practices to support enterprise-wide adoption and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate multiple change workstreams and develop repeatable processes that support long-term organizational transformation.

Expertise Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in change management, organizational transformation, program management, learning and development, or a related field.
• Proven experience leading change and adoption initiatives supporting AI, digital, technology, or enterprise transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of stakeholder engagement, organizational readiness, adoption strategies, and behaviour change methodologies.
• Demonstrated systems-thinking and structured problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to translate complex and ambiguous challenges into actionable plans.
• Working knowledge of modern technology delivery practices, AI ecosystems, and emerging enterprise AI technologies.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to analyze data, summarize insights, automate workflows, and enhance change management deliverables.
• Strong analytical capabilities with experience interpreting quantitative and qualitative data, identifying trends, and developing insight-driven recommendations.
• Proficiency with Excel, dashboards, usage analytics platforms, sentiment analysis tools, and reporting methodologies.
• Exceptional communication, storytelling, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders within complex, matrixed organizations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality results in fast-paced environments.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with strong organizational skills and a demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and drive outcomes.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of change management methodologies such as Prosci or similar frameworks.
• Experience supporting AI, data, innovation, digital transformation, or future-of-work initiatives.
• Experience within financial services, insurance, or other highly regulated industries.
• Experience developing executive communications, thought leadership materials, and strategic messaging.
• Familiarity with employee engagement platforms, collaboration tools, and digital communication channels.
• Bilingualism (English/French).
