We’re seeking a Senior Scrum Master to support our client, a leading financial services company, in New York City. Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile events and project delivery using Scrum methodologies.
• Mentor and coach Scrum teams to enhance performance and delivery.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, delivery leads, and business partners.
• Support the adoption and proficiency of Agile tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Remove impediments, foster collaboration, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Scrum Master certification preferred.
• Extensive experience leading Scrum teams, preferably in insurance or financial services.
• Strong technical background, including experience with SDLC and SOA projects.
• Proficiency with AI-enabled tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Ativo, and Microsoft Copilot.
