Key Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering

• Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to elicit, document, and analyze detailed business requirements.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and design comprehensive process maps and flowcharts.
• Gap Analysis: Perform gap analyses between current business processes and target states to recommend solutions.
• Documentation: Create and maintain high-quality documentation, including User Stories, Use Cases, and Functional Specifications.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as a primary point of contact for cross-functional teams, facilitating clear communication and managing expectations.
• Project Support: Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the successful design, implementation, and delivery of software solutions.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, Tableau) and requirements management software (JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio).
• Methodologies: Solid understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
