Cost Accountant

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an Accountant with Standard Cost experience.

Location: Redmond, WAWorksite Type: Onsite with flexibilityCost Accountant- $80K–$100K base + 10% bonus tied to company performance (historically strong payouts)- 3 weeks PTO + 2 weeks sick leave- Two medical plan choices: High Deductible or Traditional PPO- 401k plan with company contributions- Tuition ReimbursementWhy Open: New role due to growth and bandwidth needs.

• Analyze cost variances (labor, materials, production)
• Support plant costing and financial insights
• Partner directly with manufacturing/operations teams
• Handle complex SKU-level costing and variability
• Potential involvement in corporate finance and second plant support
• We are looking for2+ years cost accounting experience in manufacturing
• Bachelors Degree in Accounting
• Intermediate excel: Pivot Tables & VLook
• UPsStrong accounting foundation (GL, financials, costing)
• Hands-on, analytical and adaptable
• Comfortable working on plant floor and interacting with operations
• Confident personality (not overly timid); able to ask tough questions
