Job Summary

We're looking for someone with experience as an Administrator/Accountant to join our team. In this role, you'll manage day-to-day accounting operations while ensuring accuracy and efficiency across all financial processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and operate with strict confidentiality. This position combines elements of administration, confidential-secretarial work, and accounting.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment. This is a live-on-site position that includes room and board along with salary and other expenses including travel.

Responsibilities

Applicants will be expected to assist with payroll, tax compliance, employee and company budget plans, non-profit compliance, banking, and managing all paperwork including vehicle registration, insurances (both vehicular, health, and liability), etc.

Qualifications

Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Self-motivated problem-solver who can work independently while maintaining a collaborative approach to team objectives and maintain confidentiality regarding internal memos et al.
