Key Responsibilities

• Execute month-end and year-end closing procedures efficiently during weekend shifts.
• Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and general ledger accounts.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets and profit and loss statements.
• Assist in the preparation of tax filings and ensure compliance with GAAP and local regulations.
• Maintain accurate digital and physical financial records.
• Collaborate with the week-day finance team to resolve discrepancies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
• Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP.Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
