Who we are looking for

Are you a seasoned HR professional who enjoys navigating complex employee relations matters, or an experienced HR Advisor ready to step into a broader business partnering role?

As our HR Business Partner, you’ll be a trusted advisor to Restaurant and Area Managers, providing practical HR leadership across a large, fast-paced and multi-site environment. You’ll play a key role in resolving employee relations matters, supporting leaders to make confident people decisions, and helping shape a positive, high-performing culture.

What you will be doing

Provide practical HR support across a large, multi-site operation.

Advise and coach leaders on employee relations, performance and workplace matters.

Manage grievances, disciplinaries and change processes fairly and consistently.

Support the implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies and practices.

Partner with leaders to strengthen engagement, culture and business performance.

Deliver HR training and guidance to build manager capability.

What you’ll bring to the table:

Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.

Confident communicator able to influence and build relationships at all levels.

Sound judgement in managing complex employee relations matters.

Experience working with unions.

Comfortable using HRIS systems and HR data to support decision-making.

Flexibility to travel and support the field, including some evening and weekend work.
