Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Operations Manager located in Singapore. The Assistant Operations Manager will oversee daily operational activities, assist in supply chain management, coordinate with various teams to streamline processes, and support the implementation of operational strategies to enhance efficiency.

We are looking for a hands-on operations professional to manage end-to-end order fulfillment, customer support, and regional logistics operations. This role will oversee daily operations, work closely with 3PL and service partners, and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Operations Management, Logistics, and E-commerce industry
• Experience in Supply Chain Management and Inventory Coordination skills
• High impact in Team Collaboration, Problem-Solving, and Communication skills
• Proficiency in Data Analysis and Reporting
• Familiarity with budget management and cost-control strategies
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Operations, Operations Management, or a related field.

Prior experience in the food, beverage, or tech industry is a plus
