Your Role and What We’re Looking For

As a shift supervisor, you set the tone for your team and ensure the highest levels of service, quality, and safety are maintained every day.

Key Qualifications

• Consistent, reliable attendance and punctuality, with or without accommodations
• Adaptability with schedule flexibility—early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
• Strict adherence to food/beverage and cash handling standards, with or without accommodations
• At least six months experience in a customer-focused role, meeting and anticipating guest needs
• Minimum six months in a role with responsibility for delegating tasks or overseeing others
• Proven experience in food and beverage prep, including recipe modifications for customer requests

Key Skills and Abilities

• Effective leadership, with the ability to motivate and guide team members
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced retail setting
• Quick learner, able to handle multiple duties and priorities
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong teamwork approach
• Skilled at building and maintaining positive relationships
