Rental Estate Agent (Gauteng Region)

Pam Golding Properties is looking for a rental estate agent to join one of our Gauteng branches. Depending on your experience and location, you could be placed at Hyde Park, Fourways, Midrand, Randburg, Bedfordview, or our East Rand Rentals team. If you're a people person who enjoys the hustle of property letting and wants to grow with a well-established brand, we'd like to hear from you.

You'll manage the full letting process, from sourcing rental stock and conducting viewings to vetting tenants and negotiating leases. That means screening tenants through TPN, drawing up compliant lease agreements, and keeping landlords and tenants informed every step of the way.

You'll handle property inspections (move in, move out, and periodic checks), keep your paperwork in order, and make sure everything stays aligned with the Rental Housing Act. Marketing your available stock, building relationships with landlords and body corporates, and consistently hitting your monthly letting targets will all be part of the job.
