Duties & Responsibilities

What You Will Do

Your main daily tasks will be simple and direct

• Greet visitors and clients with a big, friendly smile.
• Answer incoming phone calls and send them to the right person.
• Keep the front desk area looking clean, neat, and welcoming.
• Help book meeting rooms and look after the office calendar.
• Do basic office tasks like sorting letters, scanning papers, and typing short notes.
• Use Microsoft Word and Excel to update simple lists.

What You Need to Apply

• A polite, clear speaking voice on the phone.
• Good manners and a helpful, positive attitude.
• Basic skills using a computer (Word, Excel, and emails).
• Experience answering phones or working at a front desk is a plus, but a willingness to learn is most important!
