Receptionist (Aesthetics Centre)

A busy aesthetics clinic in Linden, Johannesburg is looking for a well-presented, reliable front-of-house receptionist to manage client interactions and daily operations. This role suits someone who takes pride in presentation, enjoys working with people, and can keep a small but busy clinic running smoothly day to day. Duties /

Key Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for all clients (calls, WhatsApp/messages, walk-ins) Manage appointment bookings via iPad/online system and physical booking diary Ensure accurate, up-to-date scheduling at all times Maintain a neat, welcoming reception area representing the business professionally Assist with light weekly cleaning (floors, bathroom, kitchen tidying, dishes) Support smooth daily clinic operations and client flow

Requirements

• Neat appearance - must represent the business professionally Strong spoken English (Afrikaans an advantage) Reliable, punctual, honest, and consistent work ethic Own reliable transport to and from work Basic digital literacy (iPad, smartphone, booking systems) Ability to read, write, and follow instructions accurately Soft Skills Friendly, polite, and calm under pressure Strong initiative and willingness to help where needed Organised with good attention to detail Service-driven mindset with a positive attitude Working Hours Tuesday
• Friday: 08:15 - 17:00 Saturday: 08:15 - 13:00 Monday: Remote (from home) - respond to calls, messages, and assist with bookings Salary R7,000 per month
