• DAATS (Pty) Ltd is a growing healthcare and mobility company providing wheelchair-accessible transport, medical equipment, mobility aids, incontinence products, and disability support services across South Africa.

We are looking for a professional, friendly, and results-driven Receptionist to manage customer enquiries, support customers, prepare quotations, and assist with sales activities while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities·        Answer incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, website enquiries, and Shopify enquiries·        Welcome and assist customers professionally·        Assist customers with transport bookings and medical product enquiries·        Prepare, send, and follow up quotations·        Convert enquiries into sales opportunities·        Follow up leads, quotations, unpaid quotations, and pending orders·        Promote DAATS products and services to existing and new customers·        Maintain accurate customer records and information·        Build and maintain strong customer relationships·        Provide exceptional customer service and support·        Assist in achieving monthly sales targets Minimum Requirements·        Grade 12 (Matric)·        Excellent verbal and written communication skills·        Strong customer service and telephone skills·        Computer literate (Microsoft Office, Email, Internet)·        Well-organised with strong attention to detail·        Ability to work independently and as part of a team·        Professional appearance and attitude·        Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Added Advantage·        Previous sales experience·        Experience using Sage Accounting or Sage Business Cloud·        Experience preparing quotations and processing orders·        Experience in customer service, healthcare, medical supplies, transport, or related industries·        Experience with Shopify or online customer enquiries·        Certificate or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Customer Service, Office Administration, Public Relations, or a related field·        Qualification in Healthcare Administration or Medical Reception·        Sage Accounting or Sage Business Cloud certification·        Additional training in customer service, sales, or administration What We Offer·        Salary starting from R7,500 per month·        Training and support·        Professional working environment·        Opportunity for growth and career development Application DetailsSend your CV to: hr@daats.co.zaOnly shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
