Service Engineer

Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Service Engineer (Biomedical) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of hands-on experience in the maintenance and servicing of medical equipment, along with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, commission, test, and maintain medical equipment at customer sites.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate service reports, maintenance records, and documentation.
• Coordinate with customers to schedule service visits and provide technical support.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines and company quality standards.
• Assist in product demonstrations, installations, and user training when required.
• Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to ensure excellent customer service.
• Adhere to all safety, regulatory, and company policies during service activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.1–3 years of UAE experience in the maintenance and servicing of medical equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage field service assignments.
• Valid UAE driving license and car.
