Purpose of the Role: As the Photographer & Retoucher you will cover photography pipeline, from following the strict SOP’s on set to delivering polished, Final imagery for ecommerce. You’ll shoot across model, at-lay, creative still life and ad-hoc requirements such as in-store. You will also be fully responsible for high-end retouching, with a focus on colour accuracy and consistency.
You’ll contribute to studio workflow, strive for consistency, and support the ongoing evolution of our visual output. This is ideal for someone who can work independently, confidently, and collaboratively in a fast-paced in-house studio, whilst having access to professional studio facilities and equipment.
This is a 6-month fixed-term contract running from July 2026 to December 2026, created to support a specific studio optimisation project. The role has a clearly defined scope and timeframe, focused on enhancing content production workflows, output, and efficiency. It is a temporary position and will conclude on completion of the project.
Technical: 5+ years of professional experience in commercial photography and retouchingStrong portfolio demonstrating:
Able to take full ownership of projects with minimal supervisionComfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced creative environmentConsistently embodies Moss's core values and behavioural competencies in daily responsibilities and interactions.

Our Hybrid Work Policy requires a minimum of 4 days in the office and 1 working from home.
