Technical Project Manager – Enterprise AI & Enterprise Architecture Office

Position Summary

The Technical Project Manager is responsible for coordinating the delivery of the Enterprise AI Platform initiative while providing project management support for the Enterprise Architecture Office. This role manages project planning, execution, reporting, governance, documentation, and stakeholder communication across strategic Infrastructure initiatives.

The position works closely with Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure leadership, engineering teams, and project stakeholders to ensure successful execution of enterprise technology initiatives and alignment with organizational priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise AI Program Management

• Manage planning and execution of Enterprise AI Platform initiatives.
• Coordinate activities across engineering teams and stakeholders.
• Track project schedules, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Facilitate project meetings, sprint planning, and status reviews.
• Prepare executive dashboards and project reporting.

Enterprise Architecture Office Support

• Support the Enterprise Architecture Office with planning and coordination of strategic initiatives.
• Maintain architecture roadmaps, work plans, and project portfolios.
• Coordinate Architecture Review Board (ARB) and Architecture Committee activities.
• Assist with architecture standards, documentation, and governance processes.
• Track enterprise initiatives, deliverables, and action items.

Governance & Reporting

• Develop executive reports and presentation materials.
• Maintain project documentation and decision logs.
• Coordinate risk management and issue resolution.
• Support vendor coordination and project communications.
• Ensure project governance processes are consistently followed.

Process Improvement

• Develop project management standards and templates.
• Improve delivery processes across enterprise initiatives.
• Support implementation of Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Assist with portfolio reporting and operational planning.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of technical project management experience.
• Experience managing enterprise infrastructure, cloud, or AI-related initiatives.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously.

Pay: $80.00 - $90.00 per hour
