YOUR IMPACT

• Reporting to the S2P Enablement Manager, this Project Manager develops and executes the Source-to-Pay roadmap, using data and best practices to improve vendor spend and processes.
• The role leads intranet content and stakeholder communications, supports cross-functional initiatives and continuous improvement (including M&A), and builds strong collaboration while gaining program management experience in a fast-paced, solution-focused environment.

The Role

OffersCoordinate the translation of high-level business objectives into comprehensive transformation roadmaps.

Create and maintain program governance frameworks that ensure strategic alignment across multiple initiatives.

Drive project scope and objective activities, ensure all relevant cross functional stakeholders are involved and that scope is technically feasible and deliverable within project schedules.

Manage the relationship and expectations of vendors and business units.

Perform risk management to identify risks and then drive decisions on risk acceptance, reduction, or elimination.

Provide status updates and escalate to Management as needed.

Ensure prioritization and alignment of initiatives and that overall projects meet business and financial goals.

Proactively manage changes, ensuring clear understanding of impacts and facilitate the decision-making process.

What You Need

To SucceedCollege/University BA, Business, Supply Chain, Economics or Finance - 5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in a global software services/high tech environmentPMP Certification or Green Belt Six Sigma in Supply Chain is nice to have. 5 years of running projects in Source to Pay improvements.

Strong analytical skills: able to clearly link results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and minimize financial risks.

Excellent written and verbal communication and change management skills, with all levels, internal and external.

Salary Range
