IS/IT-CW - Business Technical Analyst-CW

Technical, customer service–oriented, and highly motivated individual with strong troubleshooting and organizational skills to manage critical telephony issues.

Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Onsite hardware support for Avaya, SPOK, and Marketspark equipment located at hospitals and physicians offices, including telephones, pagers, telephony hardware and servers.

Flexibility including on-call support for after-hours onsite coverage (eventually).

Minimal additional travel expected to additional sites within 50 mile radius once experienced.

Will be working with cabling (re-mapping to new equipment)

This CW will be working in closets, behind scenes, in hospitals; not much public-facing interaction, but must still be professional

Telephone Deployment Experience Required (1-5 Years)

Required

HS Diploma Required

1-5 yrs of experience

Must be efficient and be able to execute tasks as they come up, providing excellent customer service

Preferred

Hospital-Healthcare-Clinical Experience Strongly Preferred

Avaya Experience Preferred
