ServiceNow Business Analyst

$60 - $70/hr

Hybrid - 4 days on site

Position Overview

We're seeking an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst with strong expertise in HR Service Delivery and a working understanding of the Security Operations ecosystem.

This is a hands-on, techno-functional role working directly in the platform to configure modules, gather requirements from stakeholders, and improve service delivery end to end at one of our Fortune 300 clients headquarted in AZ. You will partner with HR, IT, and Security teams to translate business needs into working solutions.

Responsibilities

• Configure and optimize ServiceNow HR modules to meet business requirements
• Support Security Operations module configuration and security incident workflows
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and Security teams to streamline service delivery processes
• Analyze current state processes and recommend improvements
• Facilitate requirement gathering sessions and stakeholder workshops
• Create and maintain technical documentation and training materials
• Provide ongoing platform support and troubleshooting

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow
• Working understanding of the ServiceNow security ecosystem and fundamentals
• Proven business analysis experience gathering requirements, documenting processes, and translating business needs into technical solutions
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow fundamentals, business rules, workflows, forms, and configuration across multiple modules
• Experience partnering with HR, Security, and IT stakeholders
• Strong technical writing skills for creating user guides, process documentation, and training materials

Preferred Qualifications

• HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Employee Center, and HR case management
• Knowledge of Integrated Risk Management (IRM), including GRC, Policy & Compliance, or Risk Management modules
• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS-HR, CIS-VR, or related
• Understanding of ITIL/ITSM best practices
• Understanding of how HR and security processes intersect, including user provisioning, access management, and compliance
