The Analyst III plays a key role in supporting business decision making through data analysis, performance measurement, and insights development. This role is responsible for gathering and interpreting data, identifying trends, evaluating processes, and creating clear recommendations that drive operational efficiency and business growth.

The Analyst III partners closely with Cross functional teams to understand business needs, develop analytical solutions, and deliver findings through reports, dashboards, and presentations. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex information concisely are essential for success in this role.

The position will be based in Pleasanton CA or Phoenix, AZ.

Main Responsibilities

• Gather, interpret, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, opportunities, and business risks.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations that translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Evaluate existing processes and workflows to recommend improvements that enhance efficiency or performance.
• Partner with cross functional teams to understand business needs and provide analytical support for key initiatives.
• Build and maintain data models, performance metrics, and tracking tools to support ongoing measurement and forecasting.
• Communicate findings clearly and concisely, ensuring recommendations are aligned with business goals and decision-making needs.

We Are Looking For Candidates Who Possess The Following

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Data Analytics, Finance, or related field, with 2–5 years of hands-on analytical experience.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, reporting platforms) and a proven ability to synthesize large datasets into meaningful insights.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills with a track record of delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
