US Accounting Lead | Series B SaaS | Midtown, NYC

Hybrid working (2-3 days Midtown, NYC)

$170,000 - $200,000 (depending on experience) + equity + benefits

Talentedge are delighted to be exclusively partnering with a hyper-growth VC backed SaaS scaleup on their 1st dedicated US hire.

It’s fair to say that we know the team well, having worked with the CFO many times over the years as both a candidate and hiring manager, as well having placed into the current UK team.

This opportunity is to be the first dedicated US Finance & Accounting hire owing to explosive US growth (>50% of their customers are in the US), working very closely with the Global Accounting & Finance function based in London.

Key responsibilities to include

• Own the day-to-day full-cycle US accounting function
• Continue to evolve the finance infrastructure from a process, controls and systems perspective, utilising AI at every opportunity
• Partner cross functionally in relation to contract review and structuring, with a particular focus on GTM and Legal (all US based)
• Support CFO & Finance Lead (London based) on FP&A / Strategic Finance

Profile

• Active CPA
• High growth VC backed SaaS experience
• Established and credible business partner the GTM & Legal functions – Significant experience on advising on new and renewal contract reviews
• Strong ASC 606 grounding
• Automation-led mindset, who is constantly looking for ways to improve and enhance the tech stack
• Sharp, ambitious and curious in nature
