The Corporation accounting team is seeking an accountant and the responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Review, analyze and record daily corporate cash transactions; Coordinate with operating units and prepare and analyze the Federal reserve Bank quarterly report; Partner with operating units and corporate departments regarding cash transactions; Responsible for SOX 404 testing of non-cash processes; Assist with the accounting close in the preparation of schedules; Prepare journal entries and perform reconciliations; Responsible for deferred compensation and billing; Responsible for taking a fresh approach in the analysis of accounts ensuring compliance with corporate policies and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP); Assist in the preparation quarterly tax schedules and Forward Pricing Schedules for the Corporate Tax department, Long Range Plans for the FP&A group; Assist in the preparation of certain disclosures in the SEC 10-Q, 10-K and Proxy; Support and participate in special projects.

Onsite requirements are at least one day/week in office
