We are looking for a Marketing Manager who thrives on making things happen, someone who can create clarity, build momentum and deliver exceptional marketing experiences from brief through to launch.

This is a hands-on role at the heart of our Marketing team. You will be the person who connects the dots while leading a talented team to ensure everything is aligned, on time and delivered to the highest standard.

What You'll Do

• Own the marketing delivery rhythm, turning strategy and commercial priorities into clear plans, timelines and campaigns that launch brilliantly.
• Lead and inspire the marketing delivery team, creating clarity, accountability and a positive team rhythm where great work can happen at pace.
• Connect with teams across retail, ecommerce, CRM, social, media and wholesale to ensure every channel has the right assets, information and support at the right time.
• Run the campaign workflow from brief through to execution, managing priorities, resources, deadlines and delivery quality.
• Partner with the creative, production and supplier partners to ensure campaign assets, content and customer experiences are delivered on time, on brand and to the right standard.
• Continuously improve how we plan, deliver and learn, removing roadblocks and helping the team achieve outstanding outcomes.

About You

You are a natural organiser, connector and people leader. You create clarity, bring energy to teams and have the ability to move work forward in a fast-paced retail environment.

Plus5+ years' experience in marketing operations, campaign delivery, production, retail marketing or a similar role.

Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to create clarity, prioritise effectively, solve problems and keep teams moving.

Proven experience coordinating multi-channel campaigns with multiple stakeholders and deadlines.

Experience working with agencies, suppliers and production partners.A sharp eye for detail and brand quality, with the judgement to know when something is ready to go.

Strong communication skills and the ability to turn commercial priorities into clear action.

Experience in retail, fashion, consumer goods or premium brands is highly valued.
